Position Overview:
The Case Information Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. This position plays a crucial role in managing court-related cases, responsible for verification and maintenance of data within the agency database system and processing lab requests. Ensuring smooth communication between staff, attorneys, and external parties. Assist in answering incoming calls to the agency and redirecting the calls to the appropriate party.
Position requirement: Case information Specialist Eligible candidate must have strong skills in data entry, Excel, oral written communication and organizational skill and able to complete tasks on deadline. Ability to work independently. Must be courteous and professional. Computer knowledge with keen eye detail. Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as Access, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.

Qualification Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred with three (3) years of work experience in a law firm, governmental agency, civic or community organization.
