Special Narcotics Prosecutor Careers

The Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor (SNP) has an opening for a Fiscal Intern (Part-Time) to assist with the office’s processing of payments, updating financial records and managing invoices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing vendor invoices, and processing payments
• Processing payment vouchers including PRNI, PRC2, PRM1 in FMS
• Maintaining and updating invoice logs daily
• Assisting in scanning and filing Agency’s vouchers and checks written weekly
• Assisting in re-tagging inventory items for the Agency
• Assisting with office-wide travel arrangements and other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

• Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Experience working with spreadsheets within MS Excel
• Experience working with FMS; QuickBooks; and MS Word
• Strong communication skills both orally and written

Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED
• Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Excellent computer skills
• Regard for confidentiality
